CreditLume is a credit repair organization that works the honest way no shortcuts, no false promises. We review your reports, dispute inaccurate items under the FCRA, and teach you how credit works. You are billed only after each month of work is done.
Lighting the path to financial growth one informed, transparent step at a time.
Three core ways CreditLume guides you toward better credit from the first conversation to a stronger file.
A no pressure written consultation through your portal to understand your goals and show you exactly how we can help.
A comprehensive review of your current credit reports to pinpoint exactly what is holding your score back.
We challenge inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable items with the bureaus and creditors, and show you every letter we send.
This industry has a reputation problem. Here is how CreditLume is different, written down so you can hold us to it.
Nothing at signup, nothing during your cancellation window. You are invoiced only after a month of service is fully performed.
No one can predict what a bureau will decide. We do not guarantee a score, a timeframe, or a deletion, and we distrust anyone who does.
Every consultation, update, and letter happens in writing through your portal and email, so you always have a record.
Every dispute we send is logged in your portal with the date, the bureau, and the tracking number.

You always have the right to dispute inaccurate items yourself, for free, directly with the bureaus. "Typical credit repair" describes common industry practices, not any specific company.
No mystery. This is the exact sequence every CreditLume client goes through, and when money changes hands.
Read your Consumer Credit File Rights, e-sign the agreement, and receive two copies of your cancellation notice in your portal.

Day numbers are business days and illustrate the process. Bureaus generally have 30 days, and in some cases 45, to investigate each dispute. The portal view is a sample, not a real client file, and shows no outcome. CreditLume cannot remove accurate, current, and verifiable information.

Score ranges are general descriptions used across the industry and vary by lender and scoring model. This tool does not predict, estimate, or promise any change to your score. CreditLume cannot remove accurate, current information from your credit report.

Honest consulting that puts your long term financial health ahead of quick fixes.
No shortcuts, no false promises just genuine support and clear communication at every step.
We teach you how credit really works so the habits stick long after our work is done.
A strategy built around your unique situation and goals never one size fits all.
Month to month. Each month is a separate, defined block of work, billed only after that work is complete. Cancel anytime.
Every plan includes clear written communication, a copy of every letter we send, and a real human in your corner. No plan promises any particular result.
How billing works. Nothing is charged at signup. Your first invoice is issued only after your first month of service is fully performed, and each invoice itemizes the work done that month. You may cancel within 3 business days of signing (longer where your state requires) at no charge, and you may cancel any later month before it starts. You always have the right to dispute inaccurate items yourself for free. We never charge to remove accurate information which cannot legally be removed.
Read your rights, review the agreement, and e-sign. Your 3 business day cancellation period starts no card is charged.
After the cancellation period, we review your reports and challenge inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable items under the FCRA. Every letter is logged in your portal.
At the end of each month you get an itemized invoice for the work actually completed. Nothing is charged in advance.

Yes. The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) gives you the right to dispute any item on your report that is inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable. We do that work for you, professionally and within the law.
There is no fixed timeline, and we do not promise one. Under the FCRA, a bureau generally has 30 days (up to 45 in some cases) to investigate each dispute. What happens after that depends entirely on what is on your report.
No. You provide your reports through a consumer credit monitoring service or annualcreditreport.com. Reviewing your own reports is a soft inquiry and does not affect your score.
No. CreditLume is web only. Every consultation, update, and letter happens in writing through email and your client portal, so you always have a record. We never sell or upsell by phone.
We can't ethically guarantee a specific number anyone who does isn't being honest. What we promise is transparent, compliant work and clear communication aimed at a stronger financial future.

Transparency is part of our promise. Here is what every consumer should understand before working with any credit repair company including us.
You have the right to dispute inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable information in your credit report directly with the credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion) at no cost. You are never required to hire a credit repair company. CreditLume offers professional help and convenience but the choice is always yours.
Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), you may cancel your contract with CreditLume within 3 business days of signing, for any reason, at no charge. Some states give you longer, and where they do, the longer period applies. We do not begin work, and no fee can be earned, until that period has ended.
CROA prohibits credit repair companies from collecting payment for services before those services are fully performed. CreditLume charges nothing at signup and nothing during your cancellation period. Each month of service is a separate, defined block of work; you are invoiced only after that month's work is complete, and the invoice itemizes it.
We can help you identify and dispute information that is inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable. We cannot remove accurate, current, and verifiable information from your credit report, and no legitimate company can. Be cautious of anyone who promises to erase accurate negative information or promises a specific score.
We do not guarantee any specific outcome, score increase, or timeframe. Results depend on your individual credit situation. We do not publish client reviews, ratings, or "typical results" because we cannot substantiate them.
Before you sign any contract, you are entitled to receive a written statement of your rights titled “Consumer Credit File Rights Under State and Federal Law,” a written contract describing the services, total cost, and estimated timeframe, and a separate form you may use to cancel.
